No matter how powerful Alexander's army was they were nothing compared to the Nanda army and I think if he did win against purushottam (porus) in the battle of hypades(I think the spelling is wrong), why would he not rule the place because he wanted to conquer Bharat(India)because of it's Riches he was actually defeated and died while fleeing and it was such a small battle that they didn't even bother writing about it but Greeks didn't want to be insulted so they wrote that he won but gave the land back

Alexander was a great general and that's it. He had that strategies to lead an army, had strength to win a battle but what else? He fought so many battles, conquered half of the world but what else? He couldn't even decide a heir after him and let all struggles and hard work of those millions of men go in vain. He said who'll be stronger, will lead the kingdom. But did he ever thaught about the consequence? All the efforts of those millions of men, he let them all down with just one sentence. For me he was nothing but a war obsessive, he lived for war, died for war and even after him, he gave a fair reason for war. 😏😏
