I prefer to have a real human narrator/presenter again! I liked the Ukrainian female presenter you have had! She was authentic. It was much more personal. Whereas now you have the worst of all: A text to speech robot voice which may sound American. But she still makes the grammar mistakes with which it is fed, like the wrong omission/usage of in/definitive articles. Plus she is ultra boring. Impersonal. Unauthentic. Your presenter from the earlier videos felt like she is proud of the product, knows it from internal development, tells first hand knowhow. The little grammar mistakes every here and then, the accent and sometimes unusual metaphors may led me to stop and replay a scene sometime. But overall always understood the main points. On the contrary it had an original touch. Whereas now this feels just like boring homogenous mass produced video content without any personal touch.
