So glad I stayed up for this. Weirdly the moon looked flat, barely red, mostly dark faint gray, still creepy, cool and worth the cold -1 F

This is a very underrated website and YouTube channel you guys have so much useful info, keep up the good work.

The moon setting behind the Moroccan mountain is magnificent (beginning at 07:21 UTC or 3:56:15 in the video)

Nature is just perfect. Thank you for the live stream! I enjoyed the music selection as well⚡⚡

Irritating and unnecessary music meant that many people would have muted the audio. Commentators were therefore not heard, on either of the two (maybe more?) occasions, apart from us hearing a few words, so they were wasting their time. We could not spend the whole five hours glued to a video screen, and were monitoring it when convenient to do so. Please let nature do what it does best. It needs no music. Only then can presenters certain of being heard. Thanks.

We really did appreciate the superb pictures, especially because the moon was obscured completely here for at least 7 hours. Thanks, therefore, to all who were at the sites, and to those who co-ordinated the live stream. It must have been one of the best lunar eclipses in a long time.

Am from the UK I abanned the live stream because the clouds started to clear just in time for the eclipse so went to get my telescope and went out to watch it. the weather cleared up just in time but the moon wasn't red because it was something like a orange or orangey cream colour but it was one of the best I ve seen... loved it. I battled the weather because 20mins before totality came think cloud had moved in again and cleared 10mins before totality from that point onward not cloud in the sky

Alot of people said it got really overcast. It started overcast for me but by the time penumbra came it was clearing away in the coolest way. It lasted until total but the clouds were sweeping in a way that made the bright moon seem to move super fast. I have bad eyesight in my right eye so it made it look like a very tiny moon was under the eclipse.

Great view of it in N. Texas with a completely clear sky.

I stood in my back yard watching it, chuckling at all the flat earthers and their silliness.

I saw the partial moon perfectly for about 10 minutes and then started getting super overcast and I couldn’t see it anymore for the rest of the night. I’m really bummed I missed it.

Did you catch the part where the gentleman was referring to the various location feeds and added: "...even though we've had technical difficulties at each of our viewing locations." Note, he was not referring to *weather* trouble at *some* of them but technical problems. Did you note how quickly they changed between their two feeds (LA and Morocco) when 'artifacts' appeared near the halfway point? [*Moving* artifacts.] And at times they even switched to still shots, AKA "photographs." For the finale he explained "that *shimmering* *effect* " several times (read: in the final shots of the now-very-bright moon from Morocco, which he admitted was "very near sunrise, that 'shimmering effect -- which was constantly causing an unceasing effect of odd waves that affected the complete outline of the moon, yet it kept every bit of space around it bathed in jet-black color .. at sunrise, no less.

Yet instead of lighter skies and an even brighter moon, it darkened back to a pinkish hue after commentary bid farewell -- and the view also went unmistakably less focused. It's sad how dumb they think the average viewer is. After all, if you've never noticed that *amateur* YouTube chans have produced MUCH clearer and far better close-up views of the moon ... then again, when they do get those shots, they also seem to catch dots moving across the surface. These odd "dots" sometimes change speeds, and/or trajectories ... sometimes they don't appear to be dots at all, but rather as boomerangs or thing shaped like a gigantic letter "C" that is spinning at a seemingly impossible speed of rotation, while propelling forward at an equally astounding speed.

Hours of a feature event, and not a close-up once during all those hours. I bet YouTuber *"Streetcap1"* would have been more than happy to have obliged us with some very nice close-ups, had he not passed away last summer. RIP "Streetcap1" and specials thanks -- as well as belated condolences to your family, your loved ones, and all of your faithful YouTube fans and friends; he is sincerely missed.
