If you are new to the channel, welcome! In today’s vlog Mia and I rent an office space in Makati. It was a little tricky putting all of the pieces together to figure out what we needed and wanted for the context of her business and our situation, but we ultimately landed on a residential building that was commercial friendly and more lax on the average list of rules most larger buildings/condo’s have, so this unit seemed to just work!

That area there is well-known to be popular for entrepreneurs and people with money who want to buy or rent a high-rise apartment or condominium -- rent is considered still very reasonable. You are in a premier district and certainly more appealing to crowds and tourists perusing thru the city of Manila -- your business should pick up where it is just fine.
