Ok, I shouldn’t but here I go…. The way I see this and again, I repeat, I see it this way: on the subject of using a bikini; would I allow someone other than my husband or mother, see me wearing only underwear and bra? The answer is definitely NO! Now…..what is the difference between a bikini bathing suit and an underwear and bra other than the king of fabric that is used? Nothing!
I honestly think it’s not a matter of feeling good or bad about your body. I PERSONALLY, would like to reserve my body only for my husband to see but that is just my opinion.

Hi, thanks for your video, its very interesting topic but I think there are some things that are objective and not dependent of ones "heart" or "feelings"... there is one truth and us as christians are supposed to aim to that, doesn't mean we have to be covered head to toe, but we have to understand that the principle behind the teaching. I kindly suggest you to investigate the approach that the catholic church has on the topic, is very beautiful and profound. God bless!

I personally only wear a bikini around female friends (who I know are not attracted to girls) and family. Otherwise, I wear a tankini which is not tight-fitting with board shorts.

Personally, I have been taught that when going to church, I should view it as going to see the Queen. In that circumstance, I would dress up and probably wear a dress/skirt etc. In the same way when I go to worship the King of all Kings and the Lord of all Lords, I feel more comfortable and respectful when wearing that type of clothing.

I personally don’t wear bikinis but I’ll wear a one piece or wear a high waisted bottom with a top that doesn’t reveal too much midriff. I went to the beach with my church the other day with a crochet top that showed a little midriff and some loose shorts and I was told it was inappropriate smh.

Another way to look at it is if you ran into Jesus out in public how would he feel seeing you in what you’re wearing? That’s what helps me!

On top of everything, the question isn't what can i get away with wearing. Its how can I honor God. The goal is to pursue being perfect. Matthew Chapter 5. Not even thinking about Pride in all forms or being a lover of yourself. Yes you can look nice but dont being thinking about it like your trying to get attention. What you said in the video. Amen

I PARTIALLY agree, that what is in the HEART is what matters, BUT God does ask us to be modest & respectful, & in addition, when you go to church dressed inappropriately, you are distracting other people and leading them into sin B cuz when they are trying to focus on GOD, and they see immodesty, they are enticed into thinking sinful thoughts. They may be good and decent people who are not deliberatly trying to notice what other people wear, but if you are right by someone it is difficult not to notice them. The Church is the house of the LORD and we should heed his requests and not disrespect him. It is not supposed to be like the beach or a bar
