No body knows who's the best team in the SEC . This conference is "any team can beat any other team" on any given game. We think Tennessee is the best team but a few tough games left.

One reason TN should be #1 is that they are 3-3 vs AP while Alabama is 1-5.

Bama is 2-6 in Quad 1 games (2-2 in conference), Tennessee is 5-5 (3-2 in conference. Tennessee beat Bama soundly. Tennessee has two Q1 away wins. It's a close call, but I still have Tennessee at #1. I suppose it will all sort itself out as both teams have tough closes to their SEC schedule.

as much as I love my Gamecocks, after the cataclysmic week they had, dropping so far in the rankings was definitely expected. there’s still an abundance of games to be played, but as of right now, Alabama feels like they’re almost a shoo-in to win the SEC once more. their offense is just too incredibly good

I’m disappointed by the power rankings. It shouldn’t be fully about your previous record but how you performed this week. Yes I’m a Kentucky fan. Yes it’s splitting hairs about Florida, Auburn and Kentucky. I would be ok with Florida, Kentucky and Auburn order because of the past week of games. Whomever continues winning should move up depending on who they play and where.
