After last week, 6th is perfect. A very strong performance at Ole Miss, but every other team in front of us simply looked better. Excited and nervous about the TAMU game, and if we come out with a win there, the FLorida game should be a very fun one. Just hate that the UF and UTK games happen over spring break so the atmosphere probably won't be as good as it can/should be

I feel like no one remembers that Kentucky was missing two starters against Florida when UF was extremely lucky to win in overtime. Or how UF got a full week off to rest and prepare for a home game against Auburn while Auburn had one day of rest after an emotional game against Alabama before having to travel.

If Tennessee wins out, it would be ludicrous if they weren’t a #1 seed, if not the top overall seed. The SEC is the best conference in basketball this season (the most AP ranked teams, most top ten in Kenpom, probably going to send the most teams to the tourney), that has to mean something, and if this team was wearing blue and white (pick which version), it wouldn’t even be a question.

Max is right...5 SEC teams, including Tenn, AU, Bama, UK, and Florida CAN easily make the Final Four. Mississippi St would be a surprise, but I mean FAU, Miami, and San Diego St all made it last year😂. Kstate and Creighton lost in the final seconds in the Elite 8. Most of those teams were no higher than 10 in the computers last year and most were sub 20.

UT and AU are obviously well rounded. Bama, UK, and Fla have elite offenses and weaker defenses. But teams with talent will have the ability to step up defense when it matters for a few games when they really need it, and this is especially true for UK. Florida will probably be a team I target to make a fairly deep run in big NCAA pools bc the public will be off of them bc they are sneaky good.

Tennessee's remaining schedule will really show if they are ready to make a FF run. I think they will do well.

If I'm predicting tournament success, I'm betting on S Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee in that order. Alabama and Auburn are both gonna crumble like a cookie during march madness. Don't take it from me tho, here is the SEC's records in important games (aka quad 1):

1. Kentucky 5-5
2. TA&M 5-6
3. S Carolina 4-3
4. Tennessee 4-5
5. Florida/LSU 4-8
7. Miss St/Ole Miss 3-6
9. Alabama 3-7
10. Auburn/Georgia 2-6
12. Arkansas 2-8
13. Missouri 1-9
14. Vanderbilt 0-11

On a neutral court UK is favored over Florida, Alabama and Auburn.

Kentucky would be favored over everyone except Tennessee on a neutral floor if that’s the criteria

I don’t think the SEC has 5 teams that could make the final 4. Maybe 3, 2 definitely. Those 2 are Auburn and TN. KY and Bama don’t have the defense to do it and S.C. doesn’t have the offense.
