When i see IQ to Chara my whole life just dissapeare.
Chara is very dumb, he (i know, they arent a boy or a girl, but he sounds Better) just think that put flower in a cake wouldn't be that bad, never show good or good working plan, or seems smart.
Omori is a really smart guy, he solve a lot of hard puzzle, can read mind, is nigh-omniscent, know how manipulate (despite Chara, who never manipulate anyone)
And...
Chara is totally featless, he just kill the player/Frisk, this is!
His A.P. is on Wall level, his speed is unknown, he didn't destroy anything, we avent any proof of it, the only thing and power he can do is reset, who bring him to a Galaxy HAX, but Omori can control time and space in his own dimension too.

This edit is good, but the feats and the versus Is totally nosense.
And worst, the speed, seriously, Omori have a Subsonic speed in base for can dodge attack from literally plane who move at Mach speer, with Pluto arrives to a Universal speed, meanwhile when he take over all control, he is probably omnipresent, being dead (like Chara) doesn't means be everywhere, Undertale explain us how Ghost are just other creature with a human speed, and...why Chara take DURABILITY, ENDURANCE and STAMINA?

Durability and Endurance are no sense, Omori in his base resist and survive from entirely Planet who smash at him.
In the final of Omori, he survive and even win against Sunny (besides Sunny wins in the good route) and Sunny is the God and the creator of the Headspace, so he have like Boundless A.P. and HAX, and Omori still take over control.
And stamina? Chara never show good stamina, never run, never seems very energetic...he literally die with poison from Flower.
Omori can run along the entire game and fight against the enemies without being tired.
And well..combat, this is the Chara's combat feats:

Frisk is not Chara, Chara don't fight Sans, don't fight Undyne or other enemy, the only enemy that he kill is us.
Omori fight for 4 years of temporal mind loop, being a good leader, great in strategy and memory.
And ABILITIES... Chara's only ability can be:
- hit with a knife
Or at must, save and reload, the sad part is when you understand that Omori can do this and a lot more, like control emotion, control statement like strenght and speed, create with the rain Cloud water, being totally omnipotent when he take control over the headspace, read mind, use fear and trauma against enemies and have reality warping when he use Red hands.

And for final, Omori tecnically really existing, the Undertale verse and cosmology is known for be a game in a game, meanwhile Omori (the game) real world is actually, the real world, where Omori can take over power and exist, meanwhile Chara can't.


Seriously, Omori in his prime is like Outerversal level.
Chara is at must galaxy level, cuz reload time isn't such a big feats when you fight an inmortal trauma being.
