Hi!! I went 3-4 years having at least one nightmare each night and I thought it was normal. I also had chronic sleep anxiety that originated from worrying about the nightmares. My advice: talk to a mental health professional about nightmare medication- it is a real thing and since I started taking it I’ve had no nightmares. And I’ve actually had a few good dreams! The first night after taking it I woke up and instantly cried at the relief I felt from not having chronic nightmares the night before. Please please please talk to a mental health professional about this if it goes on for long- because there are things that can really help.

Hello! I have narcolepsy (N2 specifically) and I highly suggest refraining from relying on sleep aids. One symptom of narcolepsy that isn’t talked about is insomnia: my sleep/wake cycles are fucked, it’s a two sided coin, so i can be sleepy during the day and not sleepy enough at night. One thing that they tell you at the pulmonologist office is to either not use a sleep aid or only use a sleep aid: in other words, once you start it’s VERY difficult to stop. Instead, I suggest changing up your bedtime routine (or making one if you don’t have one), meditation, and seeing a therapist about the nightmares. Melatonin supplements and other sleep aids can alter your brain’s natural release of melatonin, which takes a while to reconfigure. Good luck on your sleep journey ❤

Spraying magnesium flakes mixed with water on your stomach and feet before bed also helps with falling asleep!

I notice you have a lot of lights on in the house, and obviously being on your phone is a source you may be looking at between takes. Every light you have brightening your field of vision is a cue to your brain to stay awake. Try turning down your lights after sunset or switch to red lights (or my favorite, candlelight!). I’ve also started turning off all the Bluetooth, cellular and WiFi signals on my phone before bed. Those signals and emf flying around your head at night is disruptive to your brains resting cycles! 🙏🏻

Magnesium (lots of different ones so find one meant for sleep) and chamomile tea have been a game changer for me! I’ve heard using lavender oil or spray helps a lot of people too 💙

literally went from such a recognisable unique face to looking like EVERY single "influencer" out there so sad when someone who preached about being comfortable in your own skin switches up a few months later

What procedures have you had done other than your teeth, if any? You look very different. Still extremely beautiful, just different. Also your skin is radiant! Please share a skincare routine? ❤

Breathing exercises and taping your mouth at night, it helped me out of my nightmares for good! The brain reacts to your breathing pattern with a dream that matches it, calm down your breath, calm down your dreams ♥️

Add magnesium powder instead of the collagen. Or just add the collagen as an addition to the tart cherry juice and magnesium powder. The magnesium is what helps calm you down and allow your body to relax. There is actually a magnesium drink mix called Natural Calm. The collagen really won't do much to help with falling asleep but it cant hurt to add it if you see it helps with your skin or joints.

If y’all can’t sleep/have bad sleep I recommend reading the Bible and praying!❤️ ask God to take away your nightmares/ask him to help you have better sleep and have faith he will do it! Love y’all but Jesus loves y’all more!❤️✝️🫶
