thank you it works if you dont see the same menu when pressing ctrl + f12 hit the three bars next to console at the top and select debug database view

please note when I followed your instructions then restarted premier, opened preferences, media . No hardware acceleration option found, but when rendering and chosed h264 format, hardware encoding option appeared in export settings video, but when pressing export, the same problem still exists which is GPU is not used at all.

Strangely on Adobe Premier 2021 on mac Mojave i don't have half or more points in the console view. I only have enable hardware encoding and couple of others. And not enable AMD, Intel, Nvidia and so on. Why is that? And after enabling hardware incoding i still can't enable my video card encoding.
