I don’t necessarily disagree with the need to gather details before making a public comment as a political figure, but there’s literally no reason to go crazy on the interviewer. Why can’t she just say “appreciate the question, but I just don’t know enough yet to comment. I’ll have a statement soon” and leave it at that?? She has gone from being relatively normal to complete maga trash.
