This was an excellent first episode for what this series will be. This was one of the best Fantastic Four stories that I have read in a long time and I am a huge fan of Jonathan Hickman.

I cannot wait for you to detail the entire Hickman run of the Fantastic Four.

And if you're ever brave enough, I would love for you to do the very same thing to Hickman's Image Comics series East of West. That is another series of his that I absolutely adore but it's not for the faint of heart.

with respect (cause I'm a huge fan of what you do here):
you left out the first arc of Hickman on FF which takes place during "Dark Reign" and DEFINETLY confirms the gate is the same as is used during Hickman's run on New Avengers as Reed views all alternate possibilities across the Multiverse for his actions during Civil War; you mentioned it as a possibility but that prequel arc definetly confirms it.
