15:25 I cant get through that expression. how does the coeffecients 'a' goes from 0 ---- n. when clearly cofficients on 'a' goes from 0 --- i and that on 'b' goes from 0 ---- j. The product of the two polynomail Rings does go from 0 ---- n or (i +j), that I understand.
