Ecosia much better than Google. Google fills coffers with money and Ecosia fills forests with trees

Earth Day should include everything possible to persuade men over the age of 40 to just consider getting a vasectomy. YT You Tube could be used to encourage men who have already had a vasectomy (or women who have had a tubal ligation) to talk about the procedure (and maybe the name of the doctor and city) and what the process was like for each person. People working in the arts might consider rewarding one person per year who had the procedure done. For example: tattoo artists could give a half price or free one inch tattoo to someone who has had a vasectomy or tubal ligation done, only on Earth Day. Just one winner per artist so they don't go out of business. In every city, artists and doctors could locate near each other so that advertising could help both of them get customers and patients. Patients and employers need to know that after the procedure they need to sit as much as possible for three days (because it is sore) and not lift anything too heavy for about three weeks. But this is similar advice for most surgery...patients are often not told, but if they You Tube people who have had it done, that is what they often say. This could be a 'win-win' for patients, artists and good doctors who need advertising. Vegan chefs might reward patients with free or low cost sandwich, etc., delivery for three to fourteen days (for women with kids) to help overcome the common excuse of parents 'no time for shopping or food preparation or child care while getting and recovering from surgery.' Please watch the YT interview on 'Good Morning Britain' of the 26 year old woman who had to sue the NHS National Health Service to get her tubal ligation covered. She is extremely articulate, and this video could help millions of young woman around the world overcome objections by doctors to perform the tubal ligation. Half the hospitals in America refuse to perform TL or vasectomies because they are owned and operated by a church. Women need to overcome this by owning and operating their own hospitals in every city around the world. About half the doctors are women, so this should be possible. GMB also interviewed a female sports reporter about her experience of catching Malaria in Brazil while trying to covering the opening ceremony of the Olympics. This is an excellent advertisement for the NHS of the U.K. and why the USA really needs a NHS!!! August 9, 2018
