The mod for the wings is called Animated Dragon Wings and the mod for flying animation is Flying Mod Overhaul. (both are available for SSE)

managing mod load orders be like:

"did that mod for 'immersive werewolf toes' have to go above both the 'froggy shaped snowflakes' and the 'Serana bro talk - complete script overhaul (fully voiced) mods, or between the two??"

I consider this canon for second last most ultimate form of the shout (the last one being actually turning into an OP spectral dragon. In this form it should include instant fear effect on weak enemies (would a bandit really try to rob this Dragonborn?) and it should be an ability that you turn on and off with no timer (you already completed the game by this point, "and the Dragonborn wept for there was no one left to slay...").

I used to play with a mod that made Dragonborn lord accurate, it changed your shouts into the exact same shout the dragons use instead of a weak imitation and reduced cool downs to nothing, you had to defeat the world eater and take his soul to gain this power though.
