Thanks.  I used this video to learn how to remove the display assembly to reseat the video cable ribbon from both ends in an attempt to repair my Asus Nexus 7 first generation (2012) after it was dropped and displayed only blinking white lines. I was successful and we now have a functioning tablet again.  Me and my kids are thankful.

Nice video and i wanna ask something
I broke my screen but display is not gone, I can see everything and use it by mouse.
Should i buy just 'Touch Screen' or should i buy'Touch Screen and LCD' because i'm going to give it to a store to replace the screen.I've to buy it myself as the store can't do so for me.
