I hope this message finds you well, perhaps enjoying long, satisfying lunches in this winter season. Meanwhile, I thought it might be the perfect time to drop you a little note regarding my prehistoric order for a Ledger Stax.
Yes, I fondly remember the day of December 8, 2022, when I placed the order for something that, according to estimates, should have arrived at the latest in the summer of 2023. But alas, despite my high-tech hopes, I have yet to hear any news about this digital Stone Age device.
I don't know if you're waiting for a meteor to strike to cut the necessary stones for production or if a dinosaur attempted to make its own hardware wallet before me and failed miserably. Nevertheless, I regret to inform you that the situation is becoming more tense than the incubation period of a dinosaur egg.
Is it on its way to me on the back of a woolly mammoth, or has it been lost along the road to the Bronze Age?
Despite the picturesque scene I paint, I would truly appreciate a response and, perhaps, a time warp to bring me the Ledger Stax I've been eagerly awaiting.

Looks a good product but how resistant is the screen? Is it water proof? Is there no risk of the screen breaking and becoming unusable like cell phones? In terms of security how it works by fingerprint, face id or code?
