I cannot tell you how this resonates with me. I have worked in tech for 20 years and I get team results that few in my circle achieve because I am not technical. I am about the people. Any tech, any platform, and product...it doesnt matter. My current boss doesnt understand how I have turned around a failing team and saved the company. Simply because I lead people, not machines. I fit processes to the people, not the other way around. I make products for people. Its mind boggling to me this isnt understood. Great message.
