I'm here in the Philippines. My late father was the one who picked the place were our current house stands now here in Quezon City which is part of the capital region Metro Manila and he said before, he picked this place because it has a high elevation and he added if there will be flooding here it would mean most of the capital is already flooded. Last time it flooded in our home was back in 2009 and that was typhoon Ondoy or internationally called Ketsana and majority of the capital was flooded. Now we just had our second time above the waist flood here and base on the news right now it doesn't look good in the entire Metro.
