Typhoon Gaemi: Manila residents return home after storm passes

People in Manila are returning to their homes after Typhoon Gaemi brought the capital to a standstill on Wednesday.
Although the storm did not make landfall, it's triggered severe flooding and landslides in the past week.
13 people were killed and more than 600,000 displaced from their homes.
