Love how there was no jumpscare here, the muffled noises leaves it up to interpretation of what is happening was horrifying enough. Almost made me sick while listening 😨

I honestly blame the adults for this. If they let the kids know what happened to their cousin. Her brother wouldn't be dead. Knowledge is always strength.

Really cool animation btw

Moral of the story: it's best not to know anything at all than find out the truth and get traumatized for life.

Moral of the story: just warn them about not taking a closer look at a white wiggling thing. It's one thing not tell a kid about someones death but its another thing not to warn them about an active danger.

It’s so weird cause this gave me the biggest deja vu about one of your old podcast episodes i believe, because I swear that i vividly remember watching a video on the kunekune from you 😭

A kunekune is a pig in Maori! As a New Zeanadler, this automatically caught my eye!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO MAKE AN ANIMATION 😢❤ I find it harder to follow if theres no visuals and I really love your work and storytelling so it breaks my heart not being able to listen to some of your podcasts. So thanks a lot for animating this, I know it takes a while to produce fully animated videos ❤

Moral: Sometimes, when your parents/grandparents say "you're better off not knowing", they usually have a point

6:03 I can't tell if it was him either ripping off his clothes or his skin. Without headphones it's sounded like clothes tearing but with headphones on the tearing sounded like it was wet so I'm thinking he somehow tore off his skin even tho it could've been his clothes because the her grandma says they think we wear too much color but we won't know

You truly are the best narrator for folklore and other horror genres. Keep up the great content Sapphire. 😊❤
