I once went to my cousins place for a weekend. We went to their backyard and it was flooded because of a similar blockage. They have been reported it but it was taking for ever. I asked them for a long stick and started stabbing into the blockage. It didn't take 2 mins when you can hear the break from below and everything disappeared through the drain within a minute! The relief!
