Wow, I wish I'd known this ages ago! Very good video I have just cleared everything out of my fridge and unblocked the drain hole (I hope) - time will tell, but at least I now know what to do. I obviously didn't read the Instructions that came with the fridge! Many thanks for clear instructions.

Wow!!! I bought my (crap) Hisense fridge freezer a few years ago but never got that nifty unblocker so it’s great to be given some safe alternatives that can be used too, thank you all so much for this video, I’ve had these exact issues for a while now so hopefully this can all be resolved.
I’ve just got to find out how to stop that black sludgey mould that covers the nozzle on the darn things water dispenser and hopefully in time for summer because I haven’t used it in years because of that, I mean no one wants to be drinking anything that’s been in contact with that kind of nastiness lol

Protip: if the clogging is out of reach for the straw, either due to distance or narrow turns in the pipe, an electrical cable will do the job! Obviously don’t have it plugged in any way 😆

hi everybody i tried the long straw method as recommended on this great video it worked for me immediately after a few pokes at the clearance hole the excess water when where it should down the hole 10/10 for advice thanks all the best david in uk

A straw cleaning brush is good for cleaning the drain pipe too. (The bendy brush headed tool that comes with packs of reusable straws) 👍
