Honorable mention from my list is a singer and his catalogue that I recently got into and wanted to pay respect. I really enjoy his work and the bands are killer. The man is Warrel Dane. His bands Sanctuary, Nevermore and his solo work are just off the wall. The music and lyrics touch on so many things and different music styles. Fantastic catalog and wanted to pay tribute . R.I.P. Warrel

This was another fun month. Thank you, Pete, again for your amazing input! My Honorable Mentions are Sex Pistols : Never Mind The Bollocks ( I didn´t put it on my list, because it felt silly calling this their debut when it was their only album ), Ratt : Out of the Cellar, Metallica : Kill ´Em All and the self titled debut albums from Queen, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Ritchie Blackmore´s Rainbow and Toto.

Great show once again, Pete! Yet, I can’t believe you forgot to mention Rival Sons’ 1st full-length album ”Before the Fire”! Yep, not as good as the following albums but still very good.

I didn't get to select a band for the last dates of this month, but some of these were also on my radar.
Angel (self-titled), Bad Co, Asia, Hackett (first and second album are kinda debuts, great stuff anyway), Dire Straits & Police, but also Al Di Meola (solo) and that live album with Paco and John if you consider that, it's great! Journey wasn't on my shortlist, but the debut's really got some killer material. Bruce Springsteen and Nina Hagen were also on the radar.
