Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute Expands to HCGH

Howard County General Hospital has announced that the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality is expanding to the hospital, fortifying the hospital’s ability to provide the highest quality and safest care to the community it serves.

As an Armstrong Institute campus, HCGH patients and providers will have access to state-of-the art safety efforts, continuous quality initiatives to prevent patient harm, and the latest evidence-based protocols.

In June 2023, the hospital was renamed Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center.
