Hiiiii my besties! Bringing you through my current night routine that has helped me transform my sleep. I start my night routine around 6:00pm and go to sleep by 10:00pm. Unwinding early and having a solid night routine in place has made such a big difference in how I feel. I'm able to wake up early with energy and have a productive day. Not every night looks exactly the same but I try to do this routine as consistently as possible! Love you all. Xoxo baybayhay
