My morning height most days is 5'10 3/4, but my tallest morning height with best sleep right out of bed is 5'11.
Most days I am 5'10 or 5'10 1/4 on the afternoon, depending on activity.
On more active days my evening low is 5'9 3/4, but my absolute low at an extreme day was 5'9 1/2.

I also always wear 2 or 3 true net inches shoes (measured).
What height would I appear on the site? What height would be my fair claim?

On a footnote, my eye level is only 4 inch, my shoulder is also an inch closer to the top of my head than the average, I am wide framed with big hands and feet, with a 6'2 wingspan mainly due to my wide shoulders and big hands. What do you think my perceived height is?

Would like your thoughts on my height. Probably overdoing it, but I’m big on accuracy.

I usually wake up around 7:45am for my job, I will be around 176.15-3cm, depends on hours of sleep got.

I have a sitting/standing job in an office and when I get home around 5:30pm/6pm I’ll measure 174/174.2cm depending on the day.
If I go to the gym and get home at around 7:30pm I’ll hit 173.7cm.

On a day of work, I tend to drop to 173.7/8cm in the evenings regardless of the gym if I’m upright either sitting or standing the whole day.

I know on a more relaxed weekend day I don’t really hit below 174cm.

Am I a strong or weak 174cm?

I'm 21 and 5' 8''. Both of my grandfathers were 5' 11'' - 6'. My dad is 5' 8'' and my mom is around 5' 5''. Will I shoot up more, or am I capped? I'm not too concerned about height because limb lengthening surgery is a thing and will most likely be improved over the years to come. I just want to know if I'm capped. Height doesn't really do much for me, but I'm just interested.

Hey Rob I'm kind of panicing because when i first measured with aerosol can I got 182.8cm however after repeatedly measuring many many times my spine compresses itself and i got down to 182.4cm in 20 minutes where i just stood and measured. is that normal?

Hi Rob, I am about 5'10 flat out of bed, and shrink to around 5'9 flat or a touch over (5'9 1/8) depending on daily activity. Do you think a 5'9.5 or 176.5cm claim is fair based on these measurements?

Also, I am 17 male - do you know if there is any possibility of growth to the full 5'10 or even more at my age? My father is 5'11 and mother 5'4 for reference.
