how many aps can fit on home screen grid or its it limited? if it is how do i find the apps after space is gone

I have the Tubi app downloaded to my TV but it's not on the home screen. Then what do you do?

What if after I press the star button, the apps are not responsive? It used to work for me but not anymore so now I have to scroll through 20 to 30 apps until I find the one I watch regularly. Very time consuming.
