I was in jail for 18 mos. I was in a pod with 1 day room and 4 cells. Total of 8 guys. These were tight quarters and if someone had bad hygiene they could either take a beating or carry all their stuff to the door and check in. We only had 2 people while I was there have hygiene issues. Most people are respectful.
