Well Del Toro has always done a fantastic job with his monster designs and Hideo Kojima has always done a good job when writing and directing messed up stories.. Plus he has brought in a couple of veterans from the MGS teams so as a massive fan of Silent Hill.. This could easily be the comeback we have all been waiting for!

Wasn't Steven Spielberg involved with the old PC adventure game The Dig? That game was awesome, don't know how mainstream it was though.

Del Toro is an amazing director and an all around great person, directed one of the best comic book movies ever made (Hellboy) and, in my opinion, rivals the creative genius of Terry Gilliam.  He's also proven to make great things from collaborations, so I will be looking forward to this game with massive enthusiasm.
