Capture One 20 | Quick Live : Introduction to light

Throughout September we will be exploring the theme of "Light"

There are many situations where you are working in uncontrolled light. Perhaps a scene that looks great composition wise, but has less than optimal lighting.

Or any photo that you need to capture in-the-moment but then optimise in Capture One.

In this live session we will edit a photo that looks great on the surface but needs a little help to make it shine.

A feature I would love in a future release would be the ability to create an adjustment layer say for example around a building and then put a gradient within that shape. So I could create some angled light or shadow only affecting the building.

There is an annoying issue with a layer e.g. with a radiant mask. If you select this layer the mask/the circles to manipulate the mask only show up, if you manually select the radiant tool. For comfort reason this should happen automaticly, because you not always remember what kind of mask you have used on a particukar layer.
