My quilt is all done and I'm ready to show her off. I thought it would be fun - as I'm a garment sewist - to highlight some of the ways sewing a quilt is different than sewing a dress.

Cricut has made the hardest part about quilting - the cutting - super simple. So much so, that I think any garment sewist could take on a quilt without any training!

Did you use free motion quilting on the quilt? It looks so perfect. I always want to try quilting but I am too intimidated by free motion quilting.
