Tried and Tested by gawa's kitchen

Ingredients
2+1/2 cup Chocolate Cake flour/All-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
114g unsalted butter melted and cooled
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoon vanilla essence
1+1/2 cup Chocolate chips

preheat oven 200 degrees bake for 5 minutes
reduce heat to 190 degrees bake for further 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
