If you live in New Zealand or Australia (I live in NZ), the QV Intensive with Ceramides body moisturising lotion (comes in a big pump bottle) is amazing - it contains two different ceramides (NP and EOP) and cholesterol. It also has a high amount of niacinamide in it, along with lactic acid + contains dimethicone and petrolatum as occlusives. They also do a body wash with ceramides and cholesterol in it as well. I use both and love them.

I use the Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy. It's a great occlusive for very dry skin. I have very dry post-menopausal skin. I use it on my face, too. It dries down to the point that you don't know it's on your skin. I use the Cerave too. I haven't had an eczema outbreak or irrigation in a long while. I love that quality ingredient in skincare is widely available and inexpensive.

Curel products are very inexpensive in drugstores and have ceramides in them. I’ve used the fragrance-free one for a few years now. It works great on the face and lasts a long time.

I use the Necessaire The Body serum on my face and it is amazing. Been using it for about 6 months and I still have plenty left. You don't need a lot of product and this can easily last a year for facial use

LOVE that Eucerin with Urea, so good in the wintertime for rough dry hands and feet. Also the Aveeno eczema product. I have the one for babies and LOVE it even on my face if it's dry.
