Khmer New Year Siem Reap (BIGGEST WATER FIGHT EVER!)

Landing in Cambodia we did not know what to expect. We had heard about the Khmer New Year but had no idea that we were stepping into a water gun warzone! For the days the town came together to share love for one another and cleanse themselves in the holy watergun showers. We feel lucky to have been a part of this!

Been to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh around 10 years ago, there was no water festival there yet.. but I had seen that water festival in Myanmar and Thailand.. Thingyan and Songkran
