Imagine that If this Luke that got switched into the original timeline was the one from the sequels, powerful yes but without the experience nor knowledge to handle one close to the dark side like his father once was (being the perfect explanation why he wanted to slice Ben and why he was so hopeless in TLJ, learning everything he was knew was over and couldn’t handle it properly). That would fix the sequels and at the same time, give us fans a compelling story with OUR LUKE ending in this perfect timeline
