Earth Is Losing the Moon, and There's No Going Back

It turns out, the Moon is drifting away from Earth. Each year our satellite moves away from us about an inch and a half. An there's no way to turn off this movement or turn back the clock. The forces of gravity are irreversible and the distance between the Moon and our planet keeps growing. Just think about it: when the Moon first formed 4.5 billion years ago, it was 10 times nearer to our planet than it is today!

How will the Moon's drifting affect our planet? Will the Moon remain bound to Earth? Or is it time to say 'bye-bye' to our satellite? Let's explore this topic and find out all the details of the Moon's movement.

“I don’t think the human race will survive the next thousand. years, unless we spread into space. There are too many accidents that can befall life on a single planet. But I’m an optimist. We will reach out to the stars.” – Stephen Hawking

So this means that the moon started out at 107K miles closer than it is now.
Just image the effect it had on the earth back then.

If Russia continues, we don't have to worry about 50-100 years. Everything else would just be utopia and not Etiopia like some thinking.

To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the darks thoughts, the overthinking, the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life

Love the predictions of when things will happen. Easy to make a prediction that is billons of years away.

MAKE THIS VIDEO: let’s pretend we never had a moon. Let’s see what would happen if we just suddenly added one. Also. Why not see what would happen if we added a second moon

The moon is moving away at 1.5 inches per year. Therefore it will take 42, 240 years to move a mile. Even if the moon moves 1000 miles further away, it will have little affect on the earth and that will take 42 million years.

If we lose the moon it's over for this planet. The moon gives us tides in the oceans, seasons, time, and light. It would be a very different and maybe uninhabitable planet our earth.

That Why I thinking on 2019 it like kinda big but on 2022 it look small but that why but it not to be worry about moon we have to worry about sun because we can only live for like 1.8 billions years because of the moon if moon doesn't go away we should live for like 2.7 billions years on that every thing is melted and it will be hot as the Venus when it 4.9 billions years earth will be hotter then before when the earth born our young earth is hot not hottest the future earth because it will be hotter then it is

I, uh, *think* it's a little early to start worrying about this.

There is another theory that the moon will eventually reach it's maximum orbit distance and then start to move closer to the earth until it breaks up and forms a ring.
