Whewww, wayyy too much geometry. i used your node setup on an archvis project I am working on, set the density to 1000, just 1000, and it bogged my machine down to nothing and I'm running an i7, RTX 3090, 64GB RAM. I even stripped the blades down to single strands of polys, not six sided, and same thing, and I'm rendering in EEVEE and just used grass blades, no rocks. I first ran it on a small patch like the tutorial and it was fine but small patches in these tutorials may seem like they work but throw it on a lawn in an archvis project and it is too much, try on an average lawn of 65ft x 98ft. I only ran the front yard, didn't even try the sides and back. Test with render samples at 64 and viewport at 8, point density 1000, which is visually unusable but just for test purposes...just way too much, especially for animation.
