Is the EGO Snow Blower Durable? In our LM2101 1 year update, we will see the EGO snow blower in action.
As we work through our second season with the EGO LM2101 snow blower, we are happy to say the blower is working like new.
I have to admit that I had my doubts with electric snow blowers. So far the EGO snow blower has proven to be very durable.
1 year update....2 thumbs up!

Thanks for demonstrating your SNT2101. Boy, that is quiet a complicated and difficult layout to remove snow around your property. Nicely done.

I bought the two-stage earlier this week… Used it for the first time yesterday seems to do as good or better than my gas model

That thing awesome. It takes 2 batteries. I have the lawn mower now for 2 years, still like new. It only uses 1 battery. I also have the hedger, leaf blower and edger. Ego is impressive in my opinion. The 3 smaller tools use a slightly smaller battery. Nice blower. Luckily, I never need a snow blower. Nice share👍Like 61

I ended buying one of these after your video from last year. I have used it about 3 times this year and I am really impressed with it.

Been debating about buying a similar one from Toro. Already have their Power Flex lawn mower, leaf blower and power shovel. All 60 volt battery powered and am very pleased with all three

That is awesome, this year is my first winter with the EGO SNT2112 and I love it. Have a question for you, did you had to replace the plastic scraper bar? We are about to come into March and already had to replace mine.

I have the same model. Are they durable? 100% yes. I've used mine for 5 years and it was purchased as a refurb from Home Depot when they had them at the time. I will admit that i need to change the scrapper bar but the rubber paddles seem to still be fine. If i was up in like up state CT where they get more than double the snow I have no doubt it would be fine, however, I would most likely have the 2 stage version and use the single stage for the lesser snow falls. It is a great machine. new updated version is out this year with heated handles!!

Well damn, look at it go! See I always worry about battery powered stuff because of having to constantly replace batteries.

I was given an electric snow blower. Plug in type.
It's made of plastic. On heavier snows and wet snow blower gets bogged down and occasionally packed with snow. My neighbors have gas powered snow blowers. Just based on my would never own a battery powered snow blower.

That scraper bar is the biggest problem with those snow blowers, they catch every crack and wear out or break too quickly. The design is horrible and should include skid shoes on the sides to help with the cracks.

Thats a piddly amount of snow, a snow shovel can do that.
