Based on the video presented, my main take away in the introduction of the lesson is there are two fundamental approaches to making logical conclusions. These are the inductive and deductive reasoning. Whereas, inductive reasoning is all about drawing conclusion based from observations. While deductive reasoning is a logical approach where you progress general ideas to specific conclusions.

One of the insights that I have gained after watching the video is that inductive reasoning is essential, especially for science and engineering students for the reason that most of them deal with experiments and experiment-based data will eventually form a theory or conjecture that is generally applicable to everything. For deductive reasoning, I have learned that general truths are only limited to the given statement. As for me, deductive reasoning really needs a logical mind to solve logic problems since it is quite complex. However, it is still fun to solve this kind of problem because it will hone your brain in terms of understanding logic.
