As an Asian woman, we use bidet (or dipper with water) EVERY after pee and poo. with mild soap after poo. We still use toilet paper though for wiping before bidet and after for drying.

Well us Bangalirs we use a bidet after we’re done doing our business, we use the bidet after that we only use a bit of toilet paper to dry yk what and, it saves the time from washing a towel every time you use a bidet. Also one or two rolls of TP (toilet paper) gets us about 2-3 weeks

Had a habdheld bidet fitted in our London house years and years ago. Have them in every bathroom in our new Canadian home too now! For is it's an upgrade from a water jug. No way can we ever clean with toilet paper alone. E.g. if you got poo on your foot somehow ...would you only use a tissue paper? NO
