After each load the arm is lose and floppy. I took it all off and put it back let your video and it seems fine but still after the wash it's lose. Nothing seems broken. Do you know what the problem may be?

Thanks... my dang spray arm came off mid wash and not even half way through the vid I saw how to put it back on. I had a headache and have put it back on before... today I just couldn't remember how.
