Colin Firth starring in any movie is an absolute must watch. Colin Firth in this specific movie about this tragedy in search for answers when we all know that yes, the governments in question did indeed know and would not provide the answer to families that lost loved ones, is a definite must see and i cannot wait until Jan 2nd to see it when it is released.

This disaster happened on the eve of my 13th birthday and I remember watching what had happened in the morning while opening my presents feeling like shouldn’t be feeling happy because of the tragedy that had happened.

I went to Lockerbie a couple of yrs ago and stood in sherwood crescent (where the wings crashed) and sherwood park (where most of the bodies landed) and I was so overwhelmed with emotion, I also visited the memorial and it’s so beautiful and such a peaceful tribute to a horrible event. R.I.P to the 270 souls lost.

I’ve had long time family friends in Scotland since around 1984. The father in the family was with police search and rescue for decades and just passed away last year. For the decades that I knew him and many things that my family did with his family both in the U.S., Scotland, and a few other places, I never knew until last year that he assisted in the aftermath of Lockerbie in 1988. He never spoke of it. I imagine it was similar to what veterans of WWII experienced, in that it was too traumatic to talk about for him.

I’ll never forget when this occurred. I was just a boy….it was the first time i had been exposed to terrorism at this scale. It was crazy. Looking forward to seeing the movie…..it’s a story worth being told.

I was 12 when Lockerbie happened. When I saw Colin Firth and Lockerbie I knew it has to be epic.

My cousin was one of the many policeman who searched the wreckage in Lockerbie. I live in NYC and would love to watch this .. I hope it will be available in the US somehow!

I remember when this happened. Chernobyl was a scary series and I’m intrigued that SKY have made this. Colin Firth is an outstanding actor.

I remember this; teared up watching this trailer. We have too many unforgettable tragic events.

I remember this when it happened; it seemed “so far away”. It was the first mention of terrorism I had ever heard. (I was 11 in the US when it happened, obviously too young to remember the ‘60’s or 70’s.) I was so scared of Russia, the Cold War, and nuclear war, I didn’t understand how important this event was, and what it really meant. Happy to see Firth in this. Wondering how it will play. 👍

This is one of the first terrible things that I remember seeing on tv. I remember it broke into a show I was watching and went live. Those poor families deserved a lot more.

This looks fantastic, saw a behind the scenes picture of the set they built to show the aftermath of the crash, Colin Firth is a fantastic dramatic actor especially for a heavy subject like this, and the production quality looks great here. Don’t know much about the attack but very intrigued

Among the lives lost in this accident was the son of American actor David White. White became very famous on the series "Bewitched", where he played the role of Larry Tate, the boss of the main character, Darrin Stephens. His son Jonathan, just 33, was on the plane. Family members and witnesses said that the actor was never the same after the loss of his son, passing away just 2 years after the Pan Am tragedy.

Coming from the region where this occurred. It's far too soon for anything like this to be made. These were real people and those still living are still living with the aftermath.

For anyone who watched "Bewitched" David (Larry Tate) White's son perished on this flight along with all the other lost souls. I still pray for the families who lived through this horror and have been denied justice. God bless them all.
