been picking this up from my local grocer lately. so far it's the best non-dairy milk I've tried in coffee. takes the bite off, but doesn't add any gross tastes. and it's the lowest calorie per cup (25 calories for 240 milliliters). so I can turn 2 cups of black coffee from my french press into three much more enjoyable cups of coffee, by adding about 1/2 a cup of this flax milk to it. sure it adds 35 calories or so to my otherwise zero-calorie black coffee, but 35 calories is worth it when it's being spent on COFFEE... Since caffeine has an appetite suppressing effect. Plus with three cups, I'm drinking coffee for 50% longer, meaning I'm getting through my workday a little easier with a little less hunger than normal. And... the fat is polyunsaturated. That's the good stuff. So yep, totally agree w/ you Krysten, this is my favorite non-dairy "milk" so far.

Now that I am allergic to dairy and can't drink milk anymore, I do like this flax milk. It's good.
