remember two months ago when I said that I had ideas for a “jealousy, jealousy” AMV?? well, here it is haha

also, please cut me some slack, I know there’s some stuff that was not perfectly in sync, but I ended up making this amv on a whim bc I couldn’t sleep 😩😩 AND PLEASE DONT STEAL THIS AMV, EVEN THOUGH I DID MAKE THIS WHILE I WAS TIRED I CAN STILL RECOGNIZE THE CLIPS THAT I USED AND THEIR ORDER. PLEASE DONT BE LIKE MJ (WHO STOLE MY VIDEO AND SPENT DAYS LYING ABOUT IT AND TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT I WAS WRONG).

anyways, can you guys believe it’s been 3 months already since fruits basket ended??? I’m still devastated, ngl. furuba has been a big part of my life for years, especially after the reboot was announced, so seeing it end still gets me. seriously, there isn’t been one day since the ending that I didn’t think about the show. it has me on a chokehold fr.

I just think that this show is great, this song is great and that it really encapsulates the relationship between yuki and kyo. it is more yuki-centric because I’m biased, and halfway through this I noticed that it lowkey makes it look like yuki has a thing for kyo, but oh well my bi ass is not going to change that. I could go on full analysis mode but I’m not in the mood rn, i hope you guys enjoy the AMV! stay safe, drink water, use a mask and stan fruits basket. here’s to hoping this doesnt get a copyright strike!

Yuki had the worst WORST life in this anime. Emotional abuse +No responsible adult to look up to ( no shigure does NOT count. He's far from someone yuki could trust or look up to). He deserved so much better and still most the fandom thinks his personality is "boring". I mean sure if trauma is boring to y'all.

I'm so happy to find someone who loves Yuki! I absolutely love him to bits! But many fans under play his situation. His trauma was just as bad if not worse than Kyo (personally I think it was worse, since Kyo actually had people who loved him unconditionally and could trust them, but Yuki literally had no one except Tohru who he could trust buuut I won't be talking about that now lol)

Yuki is literally the best written character of Fruits Basket! His growth as person is beautiful and powerful.

In my own opinion, I don't believe when Yuki said he only see thoru as a mother because his eyes says it all. But thoru is hardly in love with Kyo, well, he had Machi but I guess thoru has a special space in his heart. This is my own perspective don't get it wrong😊
