How to Fix ANSYS License error Ansys 16.x; 17.x ; 18.x Configuration ANSYS license

Step 1: Check HOSTNAME
- Run "ANSYS License Management Center"
- Get System Hostid Information
- Note HOSTNAME

Step 2: Specify the License Server Machine
- Open "Client ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility 1X.X" by Administrator
- Specify the License Server Machine
- Enter the HOSTNAME checked by Step 1

From 1:58 I've got the problem. After clicking there, pop up window shows with message: "Could not create the file required to calculate the FLEXIm and Licensing interconnect licence server paths."
Does someone know how to fix it? I really need the software for a project :-/
