-He excelled at Sales, even though he was shy. It is possible.
-Studying and practicing improv helped him a lot. Sales invovles a lot of improv.
-Sales is kinda like meetin someone in a bar. "Hello Im such and such... I really like your shoes btw"
-His passion is to improves peoples lives thru selling. He loves to GIVE to others.
-Selling is assuring. Is helping people take the best decision.
-Sometimes it's ok to let the sale go.

My first impression of Ryan was that he was just some unrelatable reality star, but the more I watch his interviews and he talks about all the things he went through the more I really admire him. He genuinely seems like someone who would make a great friend.

Great talk! I always wanted to invest in Real Estate but never had the money to invest so had to go and learn sales and marketing and new skills, and figure out how to build own business with a few pennies in pocket. I can really relate to what Ryan talks about learning the sales is one of the best skills to have because "you'll never be employed and worry about getting fired or never be unemployed worrying about not having job and money." It's a different paradigm to be in, you can dictate and take full responsibility for whatever happens in life.
