What is going to happen to electricity costs and how are you as a business owner going to manage your business’s energy needs in the future?
In this video I take a deeper look at what has happened to energy costs over the last few years, what is likely to happen in the future, and what options are available to business owners to manage this conundrum.
Many small to medium sized businesses installed power back up systems often with solar panels to manage power interruptions. Indeed, customers expect that a business will have systems in place to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
In this video I aim to persuade business owners to make a subtle but important change in thinking about power back up systems. For various reasons, which will become apparent, load shedding is likely to reduce, but the cost of electricity is likely to increase substantially.
I argue that businessowners must make a shift in thinking away from power backup systems as simply a way of ensuring uninterrupted power supply to thinking about an energy management system for their business aimed at reducing the overall cost of energy.
