DJ was driving to the store to get feed for his numerous farm animals. He was driving his crappy little "farm car" that did not have a valid inspection sticker. He was pulled over for that reason by the Martinsburg (WV) Police Department. Instead of being issued a warning or citation for the inspection issue, within seconds he ended up being arrested. Despite having committed no crime, other than the inspection sticker violation, he ended up being taken to jail in handcuffs and charged for being a drug dealer. All charges were subsequently dropped. A lawsuit was filed.

This video proves these 3 cops should be charged under RICO they acted as a team to make a bullshit arrest.

As a law abiding citizen I'm honestly more worried about running into cops like this than random criminals.

That dog is on film being trained to falsely report. It needs to be removed from service.

LEO K9 here. That was 100% a handler triggered indication and a reward without a confirmation of odor. That dog would fail certification in any state with a credible K9 program.

False police reports should be a felony!

The fake dog alert is worth at least $250, 000 if you ask me, and they all should lose their jobs if not prosecuted.

Its scary when citizens have to deal with criminals on the streets and criminals wearing a badge.

Illegal search and seizure, take their qualified immunity and put them in prison for breaking their oath to uphold the law.

If a dog sniffing dog "signals" and no drugs are found more than once, the handler needs to be investigated immediately.

The process is the punishment. Gross miscarriage of justice.

Cop felt unsafe!? Dudes wearing body armor, has a loaded gun, multiple magazines and other weapons. If you feel unsafe in this situation, you need a new job.

I am an automotive technician. My shop works on police vehicles. We did brakes on a charger and it came back on a tow truck three days later. The driver claimed he "lost all braking" and had to run into a curb to stop the vehicle. Our shop put 100 miles on that thing and could NOT find anything wrong with the brakes. We found out from other sources that the rookie driving the car screwed up and hit something and was going blame MY WORK for his error. I do not take that kind of thing lightly. I have been doing what I do for over 30 years and to have some punk ass liar almost get me in trouble for his mistake REALLY PISSES ME OFF. Police lie and they know they can get away with it.

I have a serious question here. Why can't the police be charged with making a false police report? This makes me mad as hell.
