I make upcycling Instruments in Berlin.
This is a short making-of video and soundtest of the first oilcan Mandola I made.

Neck: Mahogany
Fretboard: Wenge
Tailpiece: forks
Tuning-pegs: Harley Benton
Strings: Fisoma F3120M
Tuning: Gdae'
The songs I play in the end are Morrison's Jig and the chords to Whiskey in the jar.
This is how I make instruments. I never properly learned how to make instruments, "real" luthiers might be doing it completely differently.
